Kylie Winwood
Director/Speech Pathologist
An autistic and ADHDer speech pathologist, Kylie is passionate about prioritising the voice and experience of each individual. Kylie has extensive experience supporting the speech, language, literacy, and communication participation needs of children aged 3-14 years. She also has post-graduate qualifications in developmental trauma and clinical education. Kylie also has a passion for supporting others to build their knowledge and skill through coaching, mentoring and professional development. Kylie is an official Australian SEABridge Provider, and has additional training in neurodiversity-affirming practices, evidence-based literacy approaches, and developing narrative language skills.

Practice Manager
As the backbone of our practice, Chloe ensures that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From managing appointments to handling inquiries and administrative tasks, she provides crucial support that allows our services to operate efficiently. Chloe's life experience, dedication and organisational skills help create a welcoming and supportive environment for our clients and their families.
